Ginisang togue with tofu is a simple yet delicious food. Recommended to those who taking diets. Let's start, tara po magluto.
Ingredients:
10 cups bean sprouts (togue), washed and drained
3 pcs tofu (tokwa), sliced
1 cup of water
2 pcs garlic crushed
1 pc onion sliced
1 pcs carrots sliced into strips
cooking oilSalt and pepper to taste
Let's Cook:
In a cooking pot, fry tofu until becomes golden brwon. Let it cool and cut it into cubes. Set aside
In the same pot, saute garlic, onion, and carrots.
Add the bean sprouts mix it. Add water, salt, pepper and simmer it for about 3 minutes
Serve hot and enjoy.
