Ingredients:
1 kg beef
1 literwater
2 pcs corn
3 potatoes, quartered
1/2 bokchoy (pechay) or cabbage
2 onions, chopped
spring onions, sliced
1 tbsp whole peppercorns
salt to taste
Let's Cook:
On a cooking pot, add beef, corn, onions peppercorn together with water.
Bring it to a boil and simmer it for about 1 hour or until the meat becomes tender.
Add potato and simmer it again until the potato becomes tender. Add salt according to your taste.
Add bokchoy (pechay) or cabbage. Cover it and turn off the heat, let the residual heat cook the vegetable. Serve and enjoy.
