Adobong Manok famous recipe here in the Philippines, also one of my favorite. A variety of adobo which the main ingredients here is chicken meat. Let's start, tara po magluto.

1 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces

1 cup water

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
3 gloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon peppercorns
3 pieces bay leaves(laurel)
1 tbsp of sugar
Let's Cook
In a cooking pot saute garlic add the chicken meat and cook it until the outer part of the meat becomes light brown.
Add water bring it to a boil and simmer it for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, whole pepper corns, laurel leaves and sugar.
Simmer it again unlike the chicken meat becomes tender. Serve and enjoy.
