Dinuguan
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo pork loin, cut into cubes
cooking oil
2 pcs long green pepper
1 medium sized onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup pork blood
salt and pepper to taste
Let's Cook:
Saute the garlic and onion in a pan
Add the pork season it with salt and pepper then saute it until the outer part of the meat becomes light brown.
Add water, simmer it until the meat tenderize.
Add the pork blood and mix well. Let this simmer for 10 minutes
Add the vinegar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the long green pepper and simmer for 2 minutes
Serve hot and enjoy.
